Medicine Man (1992) Review by MissD

Medicine Man (1992)
Medicine Man is an excellent film about the troubles scientists face while search for cures. In this case the cure being sot after is for cancer. This film really helps one to realize the reality of the ever shrinking rainforest.

Medicine Man (1992)
An eccentric scientist working for a large drug company is working on a research project in the Amazon jungle. He sends for a research assistant and a gas chromatograph because he’s close to a cure for cancer. When the assistant turns out to be a “mere woman,” he rejects her help.
Meanwhile bulldozers that are clearing the way for a new road get closer to the area in which they are conducting research, and where a tribe of Indians have made their home.
These two scientist are going to have to work together before the cure is lost forever.
The Client (1994) Review by MissD

The Client (1994)
Mark Sway has a foul mouth but a delicate heart. He finds himself in a terrible predicament and his main concern is to protect his mother and younger brother. This movie sends a message of hope with a “Never Give Up” feel.
